Trust <br /> c/o The Raiser Organization <br /> 800 South Claremont Street <br /> San Mateo, CA 94402 <br /> <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> <br />- For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a public body, <br /> corporate and politic, of the State of California (herein called "Grantor"), acting to carry out <br /> the Redevelopment Plan (herein called "Redevelopment Plan") for the Main-Middlefield <br /> Redevelopment Project, under the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California, <br /> hereby grants to J.H.R. TRUST, created by Trust Agreement dated October 2, 1969, <br /> as amended (herein called "Grantee"), the real property (the "Site") legally described in the <br /> document attached hereto, labeled Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> 1. The Site is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Plan and pursuant to a <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement (the "DDA") entered into by and among the <br /> Grantor, the Grantee, and Mezes Court Associates, a California Lhnited Partnership, and <br /> dated <br /> <br /> 2. The Grantee hereby covenants and agrees, for itself and its successors and <br /> assigns, that the Grantee shall not use the Site for other than the uses specified in the <br /> Redevelopment Plan. The Grantee hereby further covenants and agrees, for itself and its <br /> successors and assigns, that, the Grantee shall use the Site for commercial uses as specified in <br /> the DDA. <br /> <br /> <br />
