discrimination contained in paragraph 7 of this Grant Deed shall remain in perpetuity. The <br /> covenants contained in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 shall remain in effect until issuance of a <br />- Certificate of Completion pursuant to Section 323 of the DDA. <br /> <br /> 10. The covenants contained in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of this Grant Deed <br /> shall be binding for the benefit of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, the City of <br /> RedWood City and any successor in interest to the Site or any part thereof, and such <br /> covenants shall run in favor of the Grantor and such aforementioned parties for the entire <br /> period during which such covenants shall be in rome and effect, without regard to whether the <br /> Grantor is or remains aa owner of any land or interest therein to which such covenants relate. <br /> The Grantor and such aforementioned parties, in the event of any breach of any such <br /> covenants, shall have the right to exemise all of the rights and remedies, and to maintain any <br /> actions at law or suits in equity or other proper proceedings to enfome the curing of such <br /> breach. The covenants contained in this Grant Deed shall be for the benefit of and shall be <br /> enfomeable only by the Grantor, its successors and such aforementioned parties. <br /> <br /> 11. In the event of any express conflict between this Grant Deed and the DDA, the <br /> provisions of this Grant Deed shall control. <br /> <br /> 12.
