DES:djk 05/15/96 (RD-001) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 204 of the DDA the forms of the grant <br /> <br />deeds conveying title to MCA and JHR, respectively, are set forth as Attachment <br /> <br />7 to the DDA; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the DDA, this Agency and the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, as owners of property including the Project Site have subdivided their <br />respective lands under that certain subdivision designated as Parcel Map 94-1; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon completion of subdivision proceedings for said Parcel <br /> <br />Map 94-1 and in accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of the <br />DDA, conveyance of the above-mentioned property interests to MCA and JHR <br />may be accomplished; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Conveyance of title to those properties within the Project Site <br />designated in the DDA as the Residential Parcel and the Commercial Parcel to <br />MCA and to JHR, respectively, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 201-206, <br />inclusive, of the DDA, and subject to all of the terms, conditions, covenants and <br />agreements therein contained, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Chairperson of this Agency, and the City Clerk, as Secretary of <br /> <br />this Agency, are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
