The Grantor and such aforementioned parties, in the event of any breach of any such <br />covenants, shall have the right to exercise all of the rights and remedies, and to maintain any <br />actions at law or suits in equity or other proper proceedings to enforce the curing of such <br />breach. The covenants contained in this Grant Deed shall be for the benefit of and shall be <br />enforceable only by the Grantor, its successors and such aforementioned parties. <br /> <br /> 10. In the event of any express conflict between this Grant Deed and the DDA, the <br />provisions of this Grant Deed shall control. <br /> <br /> 11. Any amendments to the Redevelopment Plan which change the uses or <br />development pemdtted on the Site or change the restrictions or controls that apply to the Site <br />or otherwise directly affect the use of the Site shall require the written consent of the Grantee. <br />Amendments to the Redevelopment Plan applying to other property in the Project Area shall <br />not require the consent of the Grantee. <br /> <br /> <br />
