Motion paesed unanimously.. <br /> Application for dance permit was receined from Yvonne Schlichtmann for <br /> P/ednesday�evenings, January 9, and 16, until 12:00 Midnight, fee having <br /> been paid, Councilman McNulty moved, seconded by Councilman Andereon, <br /> � that tne permit be granted subjeat to usual reetrictione. Motion <br /> paeeed unanimouslq. � � <br /> Application was receined from Court Madrone No. 158, F, of A., for dances to <br /> be conducted 3aturdaye, January 12 and 19, until 12;00 midnight, beneYit <br /> dances. Councilman Fletcher moved, seconded by Councilman McNulty, that <br /> tha permita be granted subject to the usual conditions, Motion paesed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Communication was received Yrom C. F. Malerbi, 1Ei Jeter Street, calling atten- <br /> tion to trie pavement in front of hia home whicn hae a high orown wnich ha.e ' <br /> �resulted in rocks becoming loosened at the edgee, He asked that it be <br /> scraped to prevent an accident from a flying rook. Councilman Anderson <br /> moved, eeconded by Councilman Armstrong, that the communication be referred <br /> to tne City Manager. Motion paesed uttanimously, <br /> Gommunication wae reoeived from,the Sequoia Cab Company and addressed to the <br /> Redwood City Traffic Commiseion requesting permiaeion to eatablieh taxi- <br /> atand at t2Ye corner oi Broadway and Winelow. Oitq Attorney McCartny � <br /> called attention to.the faet that in the propoeed taxicab ordlnance matters <br /> of thie nature were to be referred to the Planning Commission.
