' Absent: Councilmen H. F. ANDER30N and CARL BRITSCHGI. Mayor Hilton explained that this meeting was for the purpose of awarding bid for tne sale of $200,000 bonde. City Clerk Dodge reported tnat Pive bids were received before 11:00 A,M., this date, one having been sent epecial delivery and four delivered pereonnally. The ' bids were opened at 11:00 A,M, in City Manager Hlom's office in the presence of City Manager Blom, City Clerk Dodge, a representative of the Yirme of H�,n- naford and Talbot, 9Peeden and Company and a repreeentative of the �a.nk oY America who arrived after tne bids had oegun to be opened, Tabulation oY the bids is as followe: •
