<br /> the bond, Citq Attorney McOarthy advised that the bond ie in accordanoe with
<br /> the subdivieion ordinanoe. City Manager Blom ralaed a queetion about the
<br /> wording in regard to improvemente. He eaid he would prefer that the wording
<br /> be changed from °gunniting the banka" to "lining the banke with concrete", hie '
<br /> reason for the request being that gunniting ie a patented procees. The
<br /> engineer for the subdivieion, VP. G. Froet, agreed to tnie ohange, On roll call,
<br /> the resolution wae unanimously adopted with Oouncilmen Anderson and Britschgi

<br /> nided:_property. Mr. Ingeraoll etated that the plan was to include certain
<br /> sections around the outside oY the property included in the map in the aseese- •
<br /> ment diatrict. City Attorney McCarthy advised that the City of Redwood City
<br /> will not allow the filing of a map of a subdivieion if there are any liene
<br /> against the property, City Council was advised by both Mr. Froet and Mr.
<br /> V9erder that they understood this provision. City Manager Slom etated ne
<br /> underetood it had been the intent of the subdinidere to add a fringe of lots
<br /> to the Yinal map and that tnie had not been done, Mr,Froet advieed that it
<br /> had involved going to the Planning.0ommiselon again before Piling the final '
<br /> map and tnat it had �been decided.not to add the lote. Councilman Armetrong
<br /> moved, seconded by Counoilman Grangei, that it is the underetanding of the
<br /> City Counoil that when a map of adjaoent area is preeented, any, aga.inst
<br /> that subdivision will be.eatiefied before tne map is presented, Motion

<br /> of, and,eaid map has been onecked and approved by the Oity Engineer for en-
<br /> gineering data and by the City Attorney with reference to all legal forme and '
<br /> notes uaed in afYidavite, certificates, endoraements and ofPers and acceptanoes
<br /> and dedications and the eeals required by law and other general legal form of
