Tne petition covers two blocks of the unpaved area. City Manager Blom wa.s asked to study the petition between now and the next meeting of the Council and to bring in a report at that time. The matter was carried on the agenda. ' Councilman Britschgi moved, seconded 'oy Councilman r4cNulty, tnat Luxor Cab Com- pany's reauest for extension of time under Ordinance No. 535 to allovr re- ceipt of netiu cab be granted. Motion pa.ssed unanimously. In regard to trie American Cancer Society�s request for a donation tnere was some discusaion in regard to providing for it in the next fiscal year's budget, however, it tivas finally decided to donate �25 at this time. Councilman � � PJerder moved, seconded by Councilman TL�cNulty,.adoption of resolution author- izing transfer of funds to provide for a$�25 donation to the American Cancer Society. On xoll call, resolution was unanimously adopted.
