RD-97-13 RD 97-13 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION OF THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR <br /> THE PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33354.6 and 33344.5 of the California <br /> Community Redevelopment Law (Health And Safety Code Section 33000 et <br /> seq.), the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency has prepared a preliminary <br /> report for transmittal to the affected taxing agencies on the proposed Fourth <br /> Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section l. The Preliminary Report on the proposed Fourth <br /> Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 is <br /> hereby approved and adopted by the Agency in the form attached thereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
