AMBAC and to comply with the Commitment, hereinabove referenced and on file <br />with the Secretary of this Agency, including adding such provisions and making <br />such changes to the Indenture and the Official Statement relating to the Bonds as <br />are necessary in connection with the pumhase of such bond insurance. Agency's <br />officers are further authorized and directed to take such actions as are deemed <br />reasonable and cost effective in connection with such additional requests and <br />conditions that may be made by AMBAC, including, but not limited to, covenants <br />and changes in the Indenture relating to levels of tax increment and actions of <br />Agency's officials concerning such financial matters. <br /> <br /> 2.
