RD-98-16 RD 98-16 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (FRANKLIN STREET AREA - REDWOOD CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br /> ("Agency") entered into that certain agreement by and between the Agency, the <br /> City of Redwood City ("City"), and Shea Homes Limited Partnership ("Shea") <br /> entitled "Advance Funding Agreement For the Franklin Street Project"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the te~ms of said Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "First Amendment to Advance Funding <br /> Agreement for the Franklin Street Project", a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> of the Executive Officer for Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, hereby is approved, and the Executive Officer and <br /> Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said Amendment for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Advance Funding Agreement Amendment <br /> AK/DES: 10/5/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
