RD-98-12 RD 98-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF CERTAIN OFFSlTE IMPROVEMENTS AT MAIN STREET <br /> AND BROADWAY <br /> <br /> (MEZES PLAZA PROJECT) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement for <br />Construction of Certain Offsite Improvements at Main Street and Broadway," by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Mezes Plaza Associates, a California limited partnership, for the <br />reimbursement of costs of construction of sidewalk improvements, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the Mayor <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br />Sh/sh/Redwood/Council <br /> <br />FSX:rg <br />08/20/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
