to Section 33490 of the California Community Redevelopment Law for <br /> Redevelopment Project No. 2. and the proposed Fourth Amendment would <br />- affect the Implementation Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a proposed amendment to the <br /> Implementation Plan to reflect modifications necessitated by the proposed <br /> Fourth Amendment, which is contained in Part XII of its Report to the City <br /> Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33490 of the California Community Redevelopment <br /> Law provides that the Agency may amend the Implementation Plan after <br /> conducting a public hearing on the proposed amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to hold a public hearing on the proposed <br /> Implementation Plan amendment concurrently with the joint public hearing on <br /> the proposed Fourth Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Agency hereby approves its Report to the City Council, <br /> including the Supplementary Report, in the form attached hereto, and directs the <br /> Executive Director of the Agency to transmit the Report to Council, including the <br /> Supplementary report, to all affected taxing agencies. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Agency hereby submits to the City Council the proposed <br /> Fourth Amendment in the form attached hereto, and the Agency's Report to City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing on the <br /> proposed Fourth Amendment, and requests the City Council call a joint public <br /> hearing of the Agency and the City Council, at such date and time as it may <br /> determine, in the City Council Chambers of Redwood City to consider and act <br /> upon the proposed Fourth Amendment and all documents and evidence <br /> pertaining thereto. <br /> <br /> RD 98-08 <br /> -2- <br /> AK/DES: 4/20/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
