Fourth Amendment Sub-Area <br />BKF Project No. 940173.51 <br /> <br />THENCE southeasterly and northeasterly along said right of xvav line the folloxving three (3) <br />courses: (1) South 60© 23' 08" East 318.06 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a <br />radius of 457.00 feet; (2) along said curve through a central angle of 47° 30' 00". an arc length <br />of 378.87 feet; (3) North 65" 42' 14" East 364.43 feet to the westerly prolongation of the northerly <br />line of that certain parcel described in the Grant Deed to the Forrest Family Trust recorded May <br />3. 1994, as Document No. 94082503, San Marco County Records; <br /> <br />THENCE easterly along said northerly line produced to the northeasterly comer of said deed <br />(,Document No. 94082503), said comer also being the northwesterly comer of Parcel A as said <br />parcel is shox~n on that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP NO. 82-4" filed October 8, 1982, <br />in Volume 52 of Parcel Maps at Pages 94 and 95.
