EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> 1. Informational Mailer <br /> a. Create an 11x17, 4-color, 2-sided folded informational mailer informing the public <br /> of the transient occupancy tax and business license tax, including the foltowing <br /> tasks: <br /> i. Writing all text for the mailer; <br /> ii. Graphic design; <br /> iii. Printing; <br /> iv. Mailhouse processing; and <br /> v. Assess US Postal Service postage costs to assist City in determining the <br /> lowest possible postage for the mailer. <br /> b. Price <br /> i. $12,437 for a mailer to voter households (20,000 mailers); or <br /> ii. $16,115 for a mailer to all residential households (38,000 mailers); or <br /> iii. $16,451 for a mailer to all residential and business properties (43,000 <br /> mailers). <br /> (All pricing incudes preparation, design, print, pre-press, labels, labeling, concept <br /> or stock photography, use of ConsultanYs bulk mailing indicia, shipping and sales <br /> tax. Pricing does not include postage.) <br /> iv. City will pay the final agreed-upon postage costs directly to Consultant. <br /> c. Schedule <br /> i.
