Section 3. The Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized and directed to: <br /> <br /> a) File a Notice of Completion with the State Office of <br /> Planning and Research in accordance with section 15085 of <br /> the State of Califomia Environmental Quality Act <br /> Guidelines (Cal. Code Regs., tit.3 Sec. 15085); <br /> <br /> b) Provide for the distribution of the Draft EIR for comments <br /> from public agencies and others as applicable with respect to <br /> the Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan; and <br /> <br /> c) Publish notice twice in the Redwood City Almanac advising <br /> the public of the completion and availability of the Draft <br /> EIR for review and comment to the public, and of the <br /> Planning Commission's public hearing thereon for such <br /> purpose.
