RD-99-34 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND PACIFIC RELOCATION <br /> CONSULTANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Consulting <br /> Services" (form dated 11/09/99), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City and Pacific Relocation Consultants for professional <br /> consulting services, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br />- RD-025 <br /> G:/Shared/RedwoodlCouncillReso. <br /> DES:djk <br /> 11/09/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
