ATTACHMENT NO. 9 <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> When Recorded Mail To: <br /> SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br /> Document Transfer Tax $ <br /> FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby <br /> acknowledged, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> body corporate and politic created pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of California <br /> ("Grantor"), hereby grants to IRVINE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P., a Delawaze <br /> limited partnership ("Grantee"), the pazcel of real property in the City of Redwood City, County <br /> of San Mateo, State of Califomia (the "Property") described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> by this reference made a part hereof, and designated APN Number _ in the Agreement, as <br /> defined below. <br /> The Property, and the possession and use thereof by the Grantee and its <br /> successors in interest, shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project executed by Grantor and Grantee <br /> effective , 1999 (the "AgreemenP'), until the recordation by the Grantor of the <br /> Certificate of Completion described in Section 517 of the Agreement, at which time only the <br /> - covenants against discrimination set forth in the final paragraphnf this Grant Deed shall survive. <br /> The Grantor has the limited and conditional right to the reriun of title and <br /> possession of the PropeRy and all improvements thereon, and to the termination and revesting in <br /> the Grantor of the estate conveyed to the Grantee hereby, as such right is set forth in Section 810 <br /> 9627:98J272 <br />
