Developer's risk that such activities and services may not be necessary in the <br />event a DDA is not entered into; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Agency's Board of Directors, providing for the advance funding of such activities <br />and services and this Board desires to approve said agreement and authorize its <br />execution; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, a public body corporate and politic, Western Innisfree Ventures, <br />LLC, a California limited liability corporation, entitled, "Advance Funding <br />Agreement - Redwood City Redevelopment Agency - Downtown Retail-Cinema <br />Project" (form dated 07/27/99R), providing for advance funding of certain <br />activities and services relating to the proposed Project of Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Project Area No. 2, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the Executive Director for Agency, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director and the Agency Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />RD-017 2 P, D99-29 <br />F ;ISharedlRedwoodlCouncillReso <br />DES:djk <br />07~27~99 <br /> <br /> <br />
