agreement for the disposition and development of property which would lead to the <br />destruction or removal of dwelling units from the low-and-moderate income housing <br />market, an agency shall adopt by resolution a replacement housing plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the basis of information available to it, Agency has reason to <br />believe that dwelling units which may be destroyed or removed on the Project Site i£the <br />Project is constructed may include units which house persons and families of low or <br />moderate income; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency engaged the consulting firm of Pacific Relocation <br />Consultants and caused to be prepared a Replacement Housing Plan for the Franklin <br />Street Projected dated February, 1999 ("Replacement Housing Plan"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 23, 1999, Agency made available to the public the <br />Replacement Housing Plan and provided notice that Agency would accept written <br />comments regarding the Replacement Housing Plan for 43-days or up to April 12, 1999; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency has reviewed and considered an Initial Study and adopted a <br />Tiered Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Franklin Street Project pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA" Public Resources Code Section 21000 et <br />seq.) and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 15000 et <br />seq.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the Replacement Housing <br />Plan, a copy of which is on file at the office of the Agency's Secretary at 1017 <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, together with the Report of the Agency <br />staffto the Agency on the Replacement Housing Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 2 RD99-22 <br /> <br /> <br />
