RD-99-18 RD 99-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING ACQUISITION AND <br />RELOCATION GUIDELINES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code Section 7267.8(a) requires that the <br />Agency adopt rules and regulations to implement payments and to <br />administer relocation assistance in conformity with the provisions of <br />California Relocation Assistance (Government Code Sections 7260 et seq.) and <br />in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the California <br />Department of Housing and Community Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. RD 97-02, this Agency last adopted such <br />rules and regulations on January 13, 1997, but desires to adopt updated rules <br />and regulations which reflect present legal requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed the proposed "Rules and <br />Regulations for Implementation of the California Relocation Assistance Law <br />and Property Acquisition Procedures", a copy of which is available for <br />inspection in the office of the Secretary. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain document entitled "Rules and Regulations for <br />Implementation of the California Relocation Assistance Law and Property <br />Acquisition Procedures" is hereby approved and adopted as the "Acquisition <br />and Relocation Guidelines of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City." <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of January, <br /> 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
