RD-00-60 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING IMPLEMENTATION PLAN 2000-04 FOR <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 PURSUANT TO SECTION 33490 OF <br /> THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33490 of the Health and Safety Code requires each <br />redevelopment agency that has adopted a redevelopment plan prior to December 31, <br />1993, to adopt, after a public hearing on or before December 31, 1994, and each five <br />years thereafter, a five-year implementation plan for each project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, such implementation plan is required to set forth, in the detail <br />specified in Section 33490, the specific goals, objectives, programs (including potential <br />projects) and estimated expenditures of the Agency, and an explanation of how the goals <br />and objectives, programs and expenditures will eliminate blight within the project area <br />and implement the housing responsibilities of the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 20, 1994, this Agency adopted that certain plan <br />entitled "Implementation Plan-Redwood City Redevelopment Project Area No. 2," dated <br />November, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, following the publishing and posting of notice as <br />prescribed by Section 33490, conducted a public hearing on the "Redevelopment <br />Implementation Plan 2000-04 for Redevelopment Project No. 2" and has reviewed and <br />considered said Implementation Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Form dated: 12/13/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
