WHEREAS, it is to the mutual advantage of the parties that the <br />- environmental review be completed and public information forums be held in <br /> order to provide necessary information for the negotiations conducted pursuant <br /> to the Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the negotiation period under the Agreement must be <br /> extended in order to accommodate the aforesaid matters; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City, a public body corporate and politic, and Western <br /> Innisfree Ventures, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, comprised of <br /> Cinema Square, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and Western <br /> Properties Trust, a California Business Trust, entitled, "Second Amendment to <br /> Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate (Western Innisfree Ventures, LLC)" <br /> (form dated 10/04/00) amending the Agreement to extend the term thereof to <br /> January 31, 2001, a copy of which agreement is on file with the Clerk of this <br /> Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved, and the Executive Officer and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-037 <br /> F ;ISharedlRedwoodlCouncillReso <br /> DES:rg <br /> 10/04/00; 10/09/00R <br /> <br /> RD 00-55 <br /> <br /> <br />
