BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment to Grant Deed," a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Agency Secretary and to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Chairperson of the Board of Director of the and the Agency <br />Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and attest thereto, <br />respectively, the Amendment to Grant Deed in a form approved by the Agency <br />Counsel's office and in substantial compliance with the terms and conditions set <br />forth in the Amendment to Grant Deed reviewed by this Board for and on behalf <br />of Agency. <br /> <br /> 3.
