Order No. 426944-TD <br /> Escrow No. 592391-003 <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the Southeasterly comer of Lot 3 in Block 6 as shown on that certain Map <br />entitled "MAP OF THE PROPERTY IN VILLA LOTS OF J. V. DILLER SITUATED IN <br />I~F~DWOOD CITY", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Maps at page 77 and copy <br />entered in Book 1 of Maps at page 83 and running thence Northerly along the Easterly boundary <br />lines of Lots 3 and 2 in Said Block 6, a distance of 118.24 feet to the Northeasterly comer of <br />said Lot 2; thence Southeasterly along the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly <br />boundary of said Lot 2, a distance of 8.5 feet more or less to the Easterly boundary of said <br />portion of Maple Street abandoned by said above referred resolution; thence along said last <br />mentigned boundary, Southerly 118.24 feet to the intersection thereof with Southeasterly <br />prolongation of the Southwesterly boundary line of said LOt 3; thence along said prolongation, <br />Northwesterly 8.5 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />A.P.
