RD-00-46 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND FRASER & <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Redevelopment and <br /> Financial Consulting Services" (form dated 05/09/00), by and between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Fraser & Associates for <br /> redevelopment and financial consulting services relating to the assistance with <br /> an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. <br /> 2, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-030 <br /> F :lSharedlRedwoodlCouncil/Reso. <br /> DES:djk <br /> 05~09~00 <br /> <br /> <br />
