RD-00-45 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MULTIGEN, <br /> PARADIGM, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL DATABASE SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Database <br />Services Services" (fOrm dated 05/16/00), by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Multigen-Paradigm, Inc. for professional <br />database services for computer modeling and 3D simulation relating to the <br />Downtown Retail-Cinema Project, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the <br />office of the Secretary, to which Copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the EXecutive Director and Secretary <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />RD-032 <br />F~Shared/R edwood/Council/Reso. <br />DES:djk <br />05/16/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
