4/24/00 <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br />Directors of the Agency an agreement for the conveyance of the Properties to <br />Habitat; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary of the Agency <br /> <br />are hereby authorized and directed to accept the deed of conveyance to the City <br />Properties from the City of Redwood City and cause same to be recorded in the <br />Recorder's Office of the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Purchase Agreement Between <br /> <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Peninsula Habitat <br />For Humanity, Inc." (the "Agreement"), a copy of which Agreement is on file in <br />the office of the Agency Secretary and to which copy reference is hereby made <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the <br />Agreement in a form approved by the Agency Counsel's office and in substantial <br />compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on <br />behalf of Agency. <br /> <br /> 4.
