RD-01-69 <br /> <br />-- RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br /> DEED OF CONVEYANCE FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> (561-563 DOUGLAS STREET) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") is the owner of certain real <br /> property located at 561-563 Douglas Street, in the City of Redwood City, (the <br /> "Property"), and more fully described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City, has authorized <br /> the transfer of the City Properties to the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br /> Directors of the Agency a deed of conveyance transferring ownership of the City <br /> Property to the Agency; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary of the Agency <br /> <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to accept the deed of conveyance to the City <br /> Property from the City of Redwood City for the consideration of the sum of Four <br /> Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($455,000.00), and cause <br /> same to be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br /> 2.
