That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Planning <br /> and Redevelopment Consulting Services" (form dated 03/20/01), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of California, and Bruce W.
