the Agency Parcel to the Project, all in accordance with the Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has made available copies of the Cinema DDA to <br />members of the public for comment and held a duly noticed public hearing on <br />the Cinema DDA in accordance with Section 33431 of the California Health and <br />Safety Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and the City have reviewed and considered the <br />Cinema DDA, a copy of which is on file at the office of the Agency's Secretary at <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, together with the Report of <br /> <br />the staff to the Agency and the City on the DDA; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council and the Agency, in their respective capacities of lead <br />agency and responsible agency under CEQA, hereby certify that the Final EIR <br />was presented to their members and that their members reviewed and <br />considered the informa~on contained in the Final EIR before approving the <br />Cinema DDA. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council and the Agency, in their respective capacities of <br /> <br /> responsible agency and lead agency under CEQA, hereby confirm the procedural <br /> record regarding CEQA review of the cinema-retail project, identify significant <br /> effects which can be mitigated to a less than significant level and significant <br /> effects which cannot be avoided, set forth the alternatives which have been <br /> examined as part of the CEQA review, adopt mitigation measures and a <br /> Mitigation Monitoring Program to be implemented for each mitigation measure, <br /> <br /> 5 RD-040 <br /> Concurrent Cinema Resolution: <br /> 1/24/01 <br /> <br /> R~01-61 <br /> <br /> <br />
