Section 3. The Agency hereby approves the attached DDA, a copy of which is <br />on file with the Agency Secretary, which DDA is incorporated herein by reference. The <br />Executive Director and Secretary of the Agency are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute the DDA on behalf of the Agency, subject to any minor clarifying and technical <br />changes as may be approved by Agency Counsel. The Executive Director is further <br />authorized and directed to take such actions and execute such documents as may be <br />necessary to carry out the obligations of the Agency under the DDA. <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso.
