If you wish to address the Council/Agency, please complete a <br /> speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated <br /> to the left of the Council). If your subject is not on the a.qenda, the Mayor will <br /> reco.qnize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow <br /> action by Council/Agency Members at this time.
