Printing, publishing, lithography, photography, blueprinting, or engraving <br /> shops and services. <br /> <br /> F. Family Day Care Homes within residential structures. <br /> <br /> G. Residential uses, either condominiums or rental units; provided that there <br /> shall be a minimum of one hundred (100) square feet of open space per <br /> unit. Open space shall be calculated pursuant to Section 32.9, except that <br /> private open space shall be considered on a one to one (1-1) basis with <br /> common open space. <br /> <br />Section 3. That Article 14 (CB Cental Business District), Section 14.4 (Conditional <br />Uses), subsection D, of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "D. Night clubs and indoor commercial recreational uses;" <br /> <br />Section 4. That Article 26 (CBR Central Business Retail District), Section 26.4 <br />(Conditional Uses), of the Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended to add a new <br />subsection ON) to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "W. Theaters, indoor and outdoor." <br /> <br />Section $.
