That Article 26 (Central Business Retail District), Section 26.2 (Permitted <br />Uses) of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended to delete subsection PP <br />and reletter subsection QQ to a new subsection PP. <br /> <br />Section 19. That Article 29 (Commercial Office District), Sections 29.2 (Permitted <br />Uses), subsections B and D, of the Redwood City Zoning Code, are hereby amended in <br />their entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "B. Medical offices or medical clinics." <br /> "D. Office type research and development." <br /> <br />Section 20. That Article 30 (Off-Street Parking and Loading), Section 30.2.2 (Required <br />Parking - Commercial Uses), subsection H (Medical or dental offices and clinics), of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "H. Medical or dental offices and medical clinics. One (1) space for each two <br /> hundred (200) square feet of floor area." <br /> <br />Section 21. That Article 30 (Off-Street Parking and Loading), Section 30.2.3 (Required <br />Parking - Industrial Uses) of the Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended to add <br />a new subsection D (Research and Development), to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "D. Research and development. One (1) space for every two hundred fifty <br /> (250) square feet of gross floor area devoted to office and administrative use; <br /> plus one (1) space for two (2) employees on the maximum work shift (but in no <br /> case less than one (1) space for each six hundred (600) square feet of gross <br /> floor area) for areas devoted to laboratory, manufacturing or assembly use; plus <br /> one (1) space for every one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area <br /> devoted to warehouse use." <br /> <br />Section 22.
