O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14405 <br />12/10/01 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br />WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR THE DELEGATED MAINTENANCE <br />AND COST - SHARING OF CERTAIN OPERATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES ON STATE HIGHWAYS WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br />Transportation (CalTrans), Office of Maintenance Services has presented three <br />agreements for maintenance and / or cost - sharing of operation and maintenance <br />on State Highways 82 (El Camino Real) and 84 (Woodside Road) in the City of <br />Redwood City; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed said agreements in full and agrees with <br />the provisions of each, as stipulated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That said agreements, as identified below are hereby approved and <br />effective on the dates specified below; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are <br />directed to sign the same on behalf of said City of Redwood City. <br />1. Agreement for Maintenance of State Highways in the City of <br />Redwood City, effective retroactive to July 1, 2001. <br />2.
