7/23/01 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130-314 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.20A.6 TO ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 101 TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FROM THE "TP" (TIDAL PLAIN) TO <br /> THE "CP" (COMMERRCIAL PARK) ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 19, 2001, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City recommended to this City Council, the rezoning of the hereinafter <br />described property from the "TP" (Tidal Plain) to the "CP" (Commercial Park) <br />Zoning District classifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and having considered the evidence received at the public <br />hearing duly noticed and held for said proposed rezoning, finds that the <br />proposed rezoning is in the public interest, consistent with the general plan of the <br />City of Redwood city, and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130, as amended). <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 60.20A.6 is hereby added to Ordinance 1130, the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 60.20A.6.
