"Section 74. Applicability of Ordinance 1130-310. <br /> <br /> 1. Definition. "Planning Permits," as used in this Ordinance, shall mean <br />and refer to permits issued pursuant to Articles 42, 43, 44, 45, or 46 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 2, Developments With all Planning Permits. <br /> <br /> a. Office Development with Architectural Permit as of September 1, <br /> <br /> 2000 but not Under Construction. Office developments which, as of <br /> September 1, 2000, have been issued an Architectural Permit pursuant <br /> to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, and which have been issued all <br /> other Planning Permits before April 12, 2001, will be processed by the <br /> City of Redwood City ("City") according to the requirements of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance in effect on July 21, 2000, so long as all required <br /> Building Permits for a building shell and/or tenant improvements have <br /> been obtained before the expiration of any applicable permit issued <br /> pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance, or any extension thereof. <br /> <br /> b. Development Approved Between September 2, 2000 and April 11, <br /> 2001 but not Under Construction.
