An Application shall be granted provided that: <br /> <br /> 1) No prior extension of time on the Architectural Permit has been <br /> issued after April 11, 2001; <br /> <br /> 2) There have been no significant modifications to the development <br /> project after April 11, 2001, which would require approval by the <br /> Planning Commission or a recommendation by the Architectural <br /> Review Committee; and <br /> <br /> 3) The extension is consistent with the architectural standards <br /> described in Section 45.8 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 3. Applications for a Building Permit for Developments that do <br /> not Require a Planninq Permit. <br /> <br /> Building Permit applications deemed complete as of April 11, 2001, <br /> as determined by the Building Official, for development projects that <br /> do not require a Planning Permit, will be processed according to the <br /> requirements of the Zoning Ordinance in effect when the <br /> application was complete. <br /> <br /> 4.
