Hotels and motels: One space for each living or sleeping unit, plus <br /> additional spaces for other uses such as restaurants, lounges, if <br /> present, according to the requirements herein for such other uses. <br /> <br /> h. Medical or dental offices and clinics: One space for each 200 square <br /> feet of floor area, plus five spaces per doctor. <br /> <br /> i. Personal services, such as beauty shops and barber shops: One <br /> space for each 200 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br /> j. Pool or billiard parlors: Two spaces for each table. <br /> <br /> k. Restaurants, but not including fast food restaurants, lounges, and <br /> night clubs: One space for each three seats. <br /> <br /> I. Restaurants, fast food: One space for each three seats, or one space <br /> for each 50 square feet of floor area, whichever is greater. <br /> <br /> m. Retail stores and shops: One space for each 200 square feet of floor <br /> area. <br /> <br /> n. Theaters, auditoriums, and assembly halls with fixed seating: One <br /> space for each 3.5 seats." <br /> <br /> Section 69. Section 30.2.3 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 30.2.3 Required Parking--Industrial Uses. In all districts in <br />connection with every use of property, there shall be provided off-street parking <br />spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule: (Wherever square feet <br />of floor area is indicated, it shall mean gross square footage.) <br /> <br /> a. Industrial or manufacturing plants: One space for every two <br /> employees on the maximum working shift, but in no case less than one <br /> space for each 600 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br /> b. Warehouses: One space for each two employees on the maximum <br /> work shift, plus one space for each 1,000 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br /> c.
