Section 20. Section 11.2 is hereby amended and shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 11.2 Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br /> the P.O. District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br /> a. Professional or medical offices. <br /> <br /> b. Family day care homes within residential structures." <br /> <br /> Section 21. Section 12.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 12.2 Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br /> the CA District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br /> a. Administrative or professional offices. <br /> <br /> b. Medical or dental offices, clinics, and laboratories. <br /> <br /> c. Business offices, financial services, title companies, and stock <br /> exchange. <br /> <br /> d. Research laboratories. <br /> <br /> e. Printing, publishing, cartography, book binding, and lithography, <br /> but not including bookstores. <br /> <br /> f. Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, music, and <br /> dance. <br /> <br /> g. Public or quasi-public uses, except corporation yards, storage or <br /> repair yards, or warehouses. <br /> <br /> h. Private clubs, lodges, and fraternities. <br /> <br /> i. Family day care homes within residential structures. <br /> <br /> j. Residential uses, either condominiums or rental units, provided that <br /> the residential use is located within a circle with a radius of 1,500 <br /> feet, the center of which is located at the northerly most corner of <br /> the Sequoia Station building adjacent to the Caltrain station <br /> building, and provided that there shall be a minimum of 100 <br /> square feet of open space per unit. If any part of a parcel is within <br /> the aforementioned circle, it shall be deemed entirely within the <br /> circle.
