"Section 26.2 Permitted Uses. The following retail uses are permitted: <br /> <br /> x. [reserved] <br /> <br /> ss. Offices above the ground floor. <br /> tt. Bail bond businesses above the ground floor." <br /> <br /> Section 20. Section 26.3 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />amending Section 26.3a thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 26.3 Accessory Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br /> CBR District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections 26.2 and <br /> 26.4: <br /> <br /> a. Business office uses on the ground floor which do not exceed <br /> 25 percent of the gross floor area or 500 square feet, <br /> whichever is less, provided such uses are clearly incidental to <br /> the retail sale of products on the premises." <br /> <br /> Section 21. Section 26.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />repealing Section 26.4d and adding Section 26.4i thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 26.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br /> CBR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> d. [reserved] <br /> <br /> i. Ground-floor dependent offices." <br /> <br /> Section 22. Section 30.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />amending Section 30.2b thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 30.2.2 Required Parking--Commercial Uses. In all districts, <br /> in connection with every use of property, there shall be provided off-street <br /> parking spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule: (Wherever <br /> square feet of floor area is indicated, it shall mean gross square footage.) <br /> <br /> b.
