Section 26.3 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by amending Section 26.3a thereof to read as follows: "Section 26.3 Accessory Uses. The following uses are permitted in the CBR District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections 26.2 and 26.4: a. Business office uses on the ground floor which do not exceed 25 percent of the gross floor area or 500 square feet, whichever is less, provided such uses are clearly incidental to the retail sale of products on the premises." Section 21. Section 26.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by repealing Section 26.4d and adding Section 26.4i thereto to read as follows: "Section 26.4 Conditional Uses.
