ADJOURNMENT —9:50 p.m. <br />M/S Howard /Hartnett to adjourn until the regular City Council meeting of <br />September 22, 2003 in memory of the thousands of people who died on <br />September 11. She asked that their memory and courage not be forgotten and <br />extended prayers and best wishes to family and friends who lost loved ones.
