I am, and was at all times herein mentioned, the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California. <br /> <br /> 2. My office address is 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br /> 3. On February 14, 2000, the ordinance entitled, "ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 2.21.1 (c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO FAMILY DAY CARE HOMES" (the <br /> "Ordinance") was duly introduced by the affirmative votes of the Council <br /> members of the City of Redwood City (the "Council"). <br /> <br /> 4. On February 23, 2000, the Ordinance was duly published in the Almanac, the <br /> official newspaper of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 5. On February 28, the Ordinance was duly adopted by the affirmative votes of the <br /> Council. <br /> <br />I do hereby certify that the Ordinance attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A," is a full, <br />true and correct copy of the Ordinance, which was introduced, published, and adopted by <br />the Council as Ordinance No. 1130-304. <br /> <br />I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the <br />foregoing is true and correct and that this declaration was executed on April 16, 2002, at <br />Redwood City, California. <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
