7/26/99 <br /> ORIGINAL'- <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130 - 303 1130-303 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.1.16 TO ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING <br /> PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF 305 WALNUT STREET IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FROM THE <br /> "IP" (INDUSTRIAL PARK) TO THE "CG" (COMMERCIAL <br /> GENERAL) ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 4, 1999, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City recommended to this City Council, the rezoning of the hereinafter <br />described property from the "IP" (Industrial Park) to the 'CG" (Commercial <br />General) Zoning District classifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and having considered the evidence received at the public <br />hearing duly noticed and held for said proposed rezoning, finds that the <br />proposed rezoning is in the public interest, consistent with the General Plan of <br />the City of Redwood city, and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130, as amended); <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1.
