Antennas shall be located a minimum of <br /> 20 feet from the nearest residentially zoned parcel <br /> or residential use. <br /> <br /> ~Section 38.11 Lot Area. No telecommunications tower <br />nor ground-mounted antenna greater than 30 feet in height <br />shall be located on a parcel of property which is smaller <br />than the minimum lot area for the zoning district in which <br />the telecommunications tower or antenna is located. <br /> <br /> "Section 38.12 Color Requlations. Wireless <br />communications equipment buildings, when mounted on the roof <br />of a building, shall be finished and maintained with such <br />color and texture as to match the building on which it is to <br />be installed and to minimize its visibility.
