12/17/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 A d n 7 <br />RESOLUTION RDA NO. o1 -70 <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />CONSULTING SERVICES WITH BRUCE W. LIEDSTRAND, DBA <br />LIEDSTRAND ASSOCIATES. <br />WHEREAS, On March 26, 2001 the City of Redwood City ( "City ") and the <br />Redevelopment Agency of Redwood City ( "Agency ") executed an Agreement <br />with Bruce W. Liedstrand dba Liedstrand Associates ( "Contractor ") for <br />professional management, planning and consulting services (the "Agreement "); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has performed the services required under the <br />Agreement to the satisfaction of the City and Agency. <br />WHEREAS, the City and Agency continue to require Contractor's <br />professional services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT CONCURRENTLY RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1.
