DES:djk 02/12/96R (068/9) <br />~ DES :dj]~ ~34/02/96R <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 4/8/96 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130-295 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.23.11 TO ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, PREZONING <br /> PROPERTY AT 1000 SEAPORT BOULEVARD IN THE <br /> UNINCORPORATED AREA OF SAN MATEO COUNTY TO THE "IP" AND <br /> "GI" ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 19, 1995, the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Redwood City recommended for City Council approval, <br />the prezoning of 116 acres currently zoned by the County of San <br />Mateo "M2" (Heavy Industrial) Zoning District classification <br /> <br /> (unincorporated San Mateo County) into the following: <br /> <br /> 106.5 acres to "IP" (Industrial Park) Zoning District <br /> classification; and 9.5 acres to "GI" (General Industrial) <br /> Zoning District classification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of <br /> the Planning Commission and having considered the evidence <br /> received at the public hearing duly noticed and held for said <br /> proposed prezoning, finds that the proposed prezoning is in the <br /> public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.23.11 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, <br /> 1964, as amended, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 60.23.11. Pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 41 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance <br /> (Ordinance No. 1130, as amended), the real property <br /> described as APN 054-300-(160, 170, 180, 190, 370, 400, <br /> <br /> <br />
