DES:djk ]~/19/95 (067/9) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/22/96 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130-294 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.1.14 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY AT <br /> 440 CONVENTION WAY IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FROM THE <br /> "IP" ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION TO THE "IP-V" <br /> ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 5, 1995, the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Redwood City recommended for City Council approval, the <br />rezoning of a 40,500 square foot parcel at 440 Convention Way <br />from the "IP" (Industrial Park) Zoning District classification to <br />the "IP-V" (Industrial Park-Vehicular Combining) Zoning District <br />classification; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission and having considered the evidence <br />received at the public hearing duly noticed and held for said <br />proposed rezoning, finds that the proposed rezoning is in the <br />public interest, consistent with the general plan of the City of <br />Redwood City, and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130, as amended); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.1.14 is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br />1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as <br />amended, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
