2. This Council hereby reappoints the Finance Director of the City of Redwood <br />City to act as Custodian/Trustee for the Plan for the exclusive purpose of providing <br />benefits to the participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the Plan. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit certified copies of <br />this Resolution and the Plan to all Deferred Compensation Plan Administrators <br />heretofore appointed, viz., Aetna Retirement Services, International City Manager's <br />Association Retirement Corporation, Nationwide Financial Services (National Deferred <br />Compensation) and the Public Employees Retirement System [ "PERS] 457 Program. <br />4.
